Fewer foreclosures in May - don't miss your chance!
 
The June 16th issue of  USA Today Money section (http://www.usatoday.com/money/realestate/default.htm?loc=interstitialskip)  reports that fewer people fell behind in their mortgage payments requiring fewer notices of foreclosure.  Overall this is great news unless you are trying to optimize your opportunity to buy a second home with the lower home prices which have been the result of the foreclosure process.  If you are considering buying a home to use in retirement, an income property or a second home, you should be looking now.
