With fall officially beginning late September, we are gearing up for all the activities and special events of the season.  We are entering our 8 months of paradise with our mild climate offering sunny days and crisp evenings.  With prices at an all time low, as well as interest rates, we will see Buyers coming from all over the country.  I believe we will experience a great season this year!
