It is hard to believe that it is already June!  The Palm Springs weather has been unbelievable for this time of year - 80's and 90's!  We are hoping this weather will hold for awhile as we anticipate our higher summer temperatures.  The real estate market is improving.  Our company sold 6.6 million in sales last week and this was only in Palm Springs, not the other desert cities.  Whoever said the market is dead?  Keep in mind, real estate is still the best investment over the long haul.  If you can, pick up that good deal before it's too late.  Have a great day.
