Although I service other desert cities, including, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert and La Quinta, I do a lot of business in Palm Springs.  At our sales meeting this past week we learned that 65% of sales for the month of April were from regular sellers, 25% were foreclosures, and 10% in short sales.  What a change from last year.  Great news for real estate!
