The past week has been very busy.  I am experiencing something we haven't had in awhile....multiple offers on great buys.  Today a client of mine wanted to write an offer on a property in Palm Springs and there were 7 offers within 11 days.  Of course, this was a bank foreclosure.  Wow, the bottom is truly here in the desert.  Don't miss out!
