After I close a transaction with a Buyer or Seller, I like to send out a survey questionnaire  to see how they felt about the service they received during their real estate transaction. Here are the questions I send:

* How satisfied were you with the service you received?
* Did you feel communication was frequent and timely?
* Were all of your concerns addressed?
* Was your transaction handled professionally?
* Additional comments or suggestions?

One of my recent Buyers returned this to me:

Sandi and I feel very fortunate to have been able to have you as our realtor and to have the opportunity to get to know you. The answer to all your questions is Yes and you were professional in all aspects of the transaction. I would be proud to refer you to anyone looking for property in the Palm Desert. Thank You!
